units. They will include interior reconfiguration of walls. New
bathrooms and kitchens will be included and electrical, mechanical and
plumbing as required by the interior work. Exterior paint and stucco
will be repaired. Playground installation along with concrete patios
and walkways. Complete demolition of 2 buildings at Page Manor and 4
additional wings at Page Manor. Installation of new parking lots.
Senior Officer Quarters will be reconfigured to include a master
bedroom and bath. A new powder room will be installed. Mechanical,
electrical and plumbing as necessary for interior work. Exterior will
require rerouting of utilities and installation of patio/gazebo. Senior
Officer Quarters are mansonry with clay tile roofs. Estimated Cost
Range: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 - - Bid sets available at $36.00 for
half-size and $66.00 for full-size. No individual sheets of half-size
drawings may be purchased. Requests by mail must include payment in the
applicable amount by company check or money order made payable to F&A

PROCEDURES WILL BE UTILIZED ON INITIAL MAILINGS OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS. Requests in person may be paid by cash. No refund will
be made and materials need not be returned. If project is cancelled or
no award is made, cost of plans and specifications will be refunded
only on written request. Solicitation to be issued on or about 10 Oct
95. Bid opening on or about 9 Nov 95. Duration of contract 420 days. If
a large business firm is selected for this announcement, it must comply
with FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting
plan. The Fort Worth District's goal for the dollars to be
subcontracted is for 52.5% to go to Small Businesses, of the 52.5%
goal, 8.8% should go to Small Disadvantaged Business, and 3.0% to Women
Owned Small Business. Bids from all responsible sources will be
