Y -- HILLSBORO LRT EXTENSION CONSTRUCTION ADVANCED UTILITIES Notice is hereby given that the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (Tri-Met) will receive proposals in the Tri-Met Technical Services Division, 710 N.E. Holladay Street, Portland, Oregon 97232, Attention: Ann McFarlane, Contracts Administrator. Proposals will be evaluated after the below times and dates for: Hillsboro LRT Extension Construction Advanced Utiltities, (Revised), RFP No. 96-0807R/HC5903. Due at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time, October 16, 1995. There is a $100/set nonrefundable deposit. Contract award will be based on weighted criteria as cited in the RFP document. Standard criteria includes, but is not limited to, experience, cost, and schedule. The successful proposer shall be required to comply with all applicable Equal Opportunity and DBE laws and regulations. DBE goal is 12%. All respondents shall be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon does not discriminate with regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin.
