Presolicitation Notice: This project is to construct a new family housing management office. Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Facility will include offices for Family Housing Management and Family Housing Maintenance, with related work, storage, and customer spaces. Project will include utilities, parking and all necessary support. Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material equipment and work necessary to complete project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. The Pricing Schedule shall have deductive items. Award is contingent on Congressional funding. This solicitation is open to both Large and Small businesses. A subcontracting plan shall be required from Large businesses. The solicitation package will be available on or about 31 Oct 95. There will be a charge for this solicitation.
