This item has been identified as having a potential for significant
quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As
such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued
utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum
quantity of 20, known quantity of 60, and a maximum quantity of 100.
Destinations to be furnished. Delivery schedule 200 days after contract
award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract
action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to
solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
Suggest that small business firms or others interested in
subcontracting opportunties in connection with this procurement, make
contact with the firm(s) listed. The Government does not possess
sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the
qualified source. RFP will be issued to Texas Instruments, Inc.,
Defense Systems Electronics Group, 2501 West University, P.O. Box 801,
McKinney, TX 75070 and Sequa Corporation, Kollsman Division, 220
Daniel Webster Hwy South, Merrimack NH 03054-4809. All responsible
sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be
