Services include inspection and testing of materials and workmanship, written reports, verbal reports and furnishing published standards. The minimum qualifications for the testing laboratory include requirement for principals of the testing laboratory to be registered professional engineers with not less than five years experience in the type of testing required under the contract, and each person in charge of the laboratory testing, field testing, and inspection must have not less than one year full time experience in the duties performed under the contract. Estimated issue date is 10-9-95 and estimated bid date is 11-8-95. The period of performance for the contract is based on the project completion period of 840 days.
