Architect Engineer services for the 911 Airlift Wing, Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA 15108. The contract will be an indefinite delivery type where the work will be required on an ``as needed'' basis. The period for the contract is for one year with an option to extend for one additional year. The contract's maximum monetary limit is $750,000 with a minimum of $5,000 guaranteed against which individual orders up to $299,000 may be written. Work includes site investigation, calculations, cost estimates, design specification and drawings for various architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, sanitary and environmental work, generally for repair, maintenance and alteration construction type projects. The initial proposed project may be repair and add/alter Military Service Station. A & E firms should not limit their work experience or qualifications to the initial proposed projects. Evaluations will be based upon criteria list at FAR 36.602-1(a) and DFARS 236.602(a)(6). No contract for the construction of a project shall be awarded to the firm that designed the project or its subsidiaries or affiliates, except with the approval of the head of the agency or authorized representative.
