The Naval Command Control Ocean Surveillance Center RDTE Division, has a requirement for engineering and technical support services for improvement of multi-media communications under the precepts open architecture. The contractor shall provide supplies and engineering/technical services in connection with the analysis design, evaluation, development, fabrication, assembly, modification, installation, and integration of platform Multi-Media Communications subsystems, components, interfacing subsystems, and the various disciplines associated with the development of life-cycle logistics support for improvements of systems, subsystems or components. This requirement will result in a follow-on contract to NRAD contract N66001-94-D-0102, awarded to Science applications International Corp. (SAIC).
