202/508-8500 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries Inc., seeking sources
sought prior to the solicitation being issued. Special Standards of
responsibility are applicable: The bidder/contractor must have a Fluke
3040 A-1 or a 3050 B functional PC board tester at the manufacturing
facility, to be used in the performance of the electrical test
specified, within the ''Test Requirement Specification'' (TRS's). The
bidder/contractor will have at least (1) one test technician on duty
(40) forty hours per week during the performance of the contract, as
the Fluke 3040 A-1 or 3050 B operator. The bidder/contractor will have
at least (1) full time engineer on duty who will be the test engineer
for the Digital Circuit Card Program. Boards will be tested by
bidder/contractor and repaired if boards fail. All rework shall be in
accordance with MIL-STD-2000. UNICOR-Phoenix will furnish replacement
parts needed to repair defective boards. Turn around will be
approximately (14) fourteen days after receipt of indivdual delivery
orders. All responsible sources may request to this agency for a copy
