J -- REFURBISHMENT, REPAIR AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR AN/BQR-20 SERIES SONAR SOL N00024-95-R-6216 POC Karla Harris, Contract Administrator, (703) 602-8306/7. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occassions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-6216 with Scientific-Atlanta, Inc, Signal Processing Systems, San Diego, CA 92128-4199. Orders will be issued for on-call/on-site engineering services in support of AN/BQR-20 series sonar. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Scientific-Atlanta, Inc is the sole manufacturer of the AN/BQR-20A, AN/BQR-22, AN/BQR-22A, AN/BQR-23, and AN/BQR-23A(V). Scientific-Atlanta is the only entity with requisite knowledge and experience to provide the required services and support. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other services or support satisfy the Navy's requirements.
