This solicitation is for provision of real estate closing services for HUD-owned single family properties in Areas 2 and 8 of South Carolina. Area 2 consists of Horry and Georgetown counties. Area 8 consists of Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Marion, Marlboro and Williamsburg counties. The basic contract period will run one year from award date.
