14 -- BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT FOR TRIDENT II MISSILE LAUNCHER SUBSYSTEM. POC, Gerard F. Miskelly, Contracting Officer, SPN-60 (703) 607-0910. This Basic Ordering Agreement provides for Strategic Systems Programs Alterations (SPALTs) and Navy Change Requests (NCRs) as well as logistics support in support of the Launcher Subsystem on the TRIDENT Missile Program. This BOA will be issued to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Sunnyvale, CA, the designer, developer and producer of the TRIDENT II launcher subsystem and the only known source capable of providing this effort.
