No other known source exists for this propriety software. All responsible sources who can provide the specific requirements as stated above may submit a written response which includes prices, business size, payment terms, and/or GSA Contract Number if applicable. Responses received will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a Request For Quote (RFQ) will be issued. If a RFQ is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
