Composite Support Complex, Dannelly Field (ANG), Montgomery, AL. Project consists of providing Type ``A'', Type ``B'', and Type ``C'' Services. Composite Support Complex involves construction of a new facility to provide 30,000 S.F. for medical training, food services, examination rooms, administrative offices and mobility storage. Project also includes renovation of existing 4,800 S.F. medical training facility for administrative use. Type ``A'' Services to include all investigative services required to support the design. Type ``B'' Service includes the projection of plans, specifications, and construction cost estimate. Type ``C'' Service includes construction inspection services and review of material submittals and shop drawings. A-E selection criteria will include in relative order of importance: (1) Professional Qualifications, (2) Specialized Experience in designing similar construction projects, (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in required time, (4) Past performance, (5) Location of A-E firm, and (6) Volume of previous DOD work. Firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement and wish to be considered are invited to submit within thirty (30) days of the date of this announcement: (1) A completed SF 254, U.S. Government Architect Engineer Questionnaire, and (2) An SF 255, A-E and Related Services Questionnaire. No other general notification to firms under consideration for this project is made and no further action is required. If a current (less than one year old) SF 254 has been previously submitted, a letter so stating should be submitted within the above time frame to assure consideration, however; a current SF 255 is still required.
