Utilizing Source Selection Procedures for Other Than Major Acquisitions (Appendix BB), the Government will procure replacements for the existing Pendulous Integrating Gyro Accelerometer (PIGA) Test Stations (PIGATS) used at the Aerospace Guidance and Metrology Center (AGMC) Depot in Newark AFB, Ohio. This announcement is to advise all qualified potential contractors who have the precision, skill and knowledge required to successfully complete the PIGA Test Station Replacement Program, that a Bidder's Library for this program is being established at Hill AFB, Utah. In accordance with (IAW) AFI 61-204, Disseminating Scientific and Technical Information, only qualified U. S. Contractors shall review/request data in support of submitting an offer for the PIGA Test Station Replacement Program. These contractors must be certified and registered by the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC). Contractors who have not obtained certification may obtain a copy of a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, by calling 1-800-352-3572 or by writing to: U. S. - Canada Joint Certification Office, Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC), 74 North Washington Ave, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 Bidder's who request data without certification will be sent a letter denying access to the PIGATS Bidder's Library per AFI 61-204. Bidder's will also be denied access if the requested data is unrelated to the contractor's certification as stated on the DD Form 2345. The PIGATS Bidder's Library will be open to all qualified U. S. contractors who have submitted a copy of their DLSC Certified DD Form 2345 to the librarian, Ms Deb Smith /TRW, 6031 Gum Lane, HAFB, UT 084056-5826, FAX (801) 774-7823, Phone ( 801) 774-7831. All appointments for access to the Bidder's Library will be made through the librarian. This Bidder's Library will be in building 1227 and will be open from 0730 until 1530 hours each working day during the 30 day proposal preparation period. With the concurrence of the librarian, unless an alternativetime period is separately negotiated, a certified bidder may remove data for proposal preparation/copying purposes for up to a 24 hour period only. The accuracy, availability, completeness and condition of all data identified for use or furnished in the Bidder's Library is provided on an '' as is'' basis. The Government makes no claims and no warranty whatsoever with respect to the accuracy, availability, completeness or condition of the aforementioned data.
