Construction of wells in the Kyle-Allen area. D. Alternate development methods. E. First alternate pumping equipment. F. Second alternate pumping equipment. G. Well abandonment. H. Modification of Well near Pine Ridge. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at the Oglala Sioux Rural Water Office in Pine Ridge, South Dakota at 10:00 A.M., local time, on October 5, 1995. Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend. Only those firms meeting the following requirements will be allowed to submit bids for this project: Firms must be owned by a duly enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian Tribe who meets local residency requirements as stipulated in Chapter 4 Definition of Terms, Article J (Resident Indian), in the ``Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance of the Oglala Sioux Tribe of the Pine Ridge Reservation.'' Irrespective of conflicts, if any, between definitions elsewhere in the ordinances or in the rules and regulations, Chapter 4 Article J shall govern this project. AND Firms must be approved or be pending approval by the Oglala Sioux Tribe, Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). Plans and specifications may be obtained from Morrison-Maierle, Inc. upon payment of a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 for regular mail delivery or $75.00 for express mail delivery. Plans may be viewed at the Oglala Sioux Rural Water Office, Pine Ridge, South Dakota; Construction Plans Exchange, Bismarck, North Dakota; Plains Builders Exchange, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; WYO-BRASKA Builders Exchange, Scottsbluff, Nebraska; and Billings Builders Exchange, Billings, Montana.
