Description: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to remove the existing drainage system; provide drainage system, valves, piping and appurtenances; remove existing ASW system; provide ASW system, valves, piping, appurtenances; provide anti-flood blank with hoisting frame; replace trash rack, replace pressure plate in pumpwell; replace steel grating in pumpwell; replace sump system in Drydocks 2 & 3; repair concrete in pumpwell, repair concrete in drydock walls, repair concrete in drydock floor; provide fire alarms; provide duct bank and manhole to weld house; relocate diesel generator; reconfigure diesel generators at Drydocks 1, 2 & 3; repair the weld house roof; restore dock lighting; repair 3x5 capstan; and replace incandescent lighting in pumpwell 2, at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME. Term of contract is for 335 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SIC Code is 1629. This procurement is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns.
