The work will be done on a portion of Building 8 and will include installation of a new metal roof with necessary supports attached to the existing structure. This roof will have a 3/4'' of insulation and a modified bitumen roof membrane with a grandular surface. Te roof drainage will be rerouted from the interior to the exterior sides of the building. Drain pipes and rotted wood decking existing above ground with roofing and insulation will be demolished. Contract completion is 180 days. Contract price is between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
