Y., on a sole source basis, for the continued support and maintenance of the Automated Fingerprint Reader System (AFRS) located at FBI Headquarter Washington, D. C. Arvin/Calspan will also oversee the relocation of the AFRS to Clarksburg, WVA and continue support there.
