Dowling, Contracting Officer, (205) 895-1151 (Site Code DACA87) Offerors shall provide (other than that provided by the Government) all labor, material, and supervision needed to provide general analysis and detection services to the Laboratory Support Division, USACAMDS Activity, Tooele, Utah to achieve useful data with regards to the chemical stockpile and the Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program and to investigate various monitoring operations of the program. This procurement shall have a base year and the option of four additional years of service/performance. These options shall be initiated at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. A negotiated firm fixed price contract is contemplated as a result of the solicitation. The contract value is estimated at $9,000,000.00 including options. A technical proposal will be required from all offerors. Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 16 October 1995. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request without cost. Telephonic requests will not be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8731. For the purpose of this solicitation all concerns must currently be certified under the 8(a) program.
