DURHAM, 205-895-1161 (Site Code DACA87) The U.S. Army Engineer Division, Huntsville, intends to make a sole source award to Kathyrn Huddleston, Nashville, TN for instructional services to conduct three sessions of the Human Resource Management I course to be held 12-16 February 1996 in Huntsville, AL; 25-29 March 1996 in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX and 29 April-3 May 1996 in Huntsville, AL. The course length is 36 hours, and 32 students will be attending. This course is designed to improve human resource management skills of Corps of Engineers supervisors and managers. The focus of the course is on the development of communication skills. This is not a formal solicitation. The synopsis of intent to make a sole source award is not a request for quotes. Contractors who can provide the U.S. Army Engineer Division with the above services are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response which includes, as a minimum, the proposed credentials and qualifications, any applicable pricing data, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirement. All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis, and all such responses will be considered by the agency.
