The work consists of the removal of window air conditioning units and installation of split-system air conditioning system; electrical upgrades associated with air conditioning upgrades including removal of transformer and installation of new transformer; asbestos abatement at those areas affected by installation of new air conditioning system at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center. The time estimated for construction is 224 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 to $500,000. Plans and specifications shall be available on or about October 13, 1995, only from the Office of Edge & Tinney Architects, Inc., 5732 Springboro Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45449. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A Pre-Bid walk-through is scheduled for October 26, 1995 at 10:00 A.M., local time.
