The work to be performed under this project involves renovations to partitions, finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems of the eight (8) toilet/shower rooms on the second and third floors of Building 13. Estimated construction time is 168 calendar days. Requests will be answered on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies are exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A pre-bid walk-thru is scheduled for November 1, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
