The Library of Congress, Motion Picture Conservation Center located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio has a requirement for comprehensive and preventative maintenance for the HVAC mechanical and temperature and humidity control systems in Building 167 and 682. All labor, parts, supplies, equipment components and replacement equipment required to keep the systems operating properly and efficiently will be furnished by the contractor. Companies responding shall be capable of providing timely professional maintenance for each building's environmental mechanical systems and ensure that proper environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) are maintained especially in building 167, which houses the Library of Congress nitrate film collection. THERE WILL BE NO SUBCONTRACTING PERMITTED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. Solicitation shall be issued on or about 10/27/95.
