Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Services proposes to award a concession permit authorizing the continued operation of sales of visitor convenience items for the public at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Wisconsin; Effigy Mounds National Monument, Iowa; Hopewell Culture National Historical Park, Ohio; Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana; Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial, Indiana for a period of approximately four (4) years from January 1, 1996 to December 31, 1999. Interested parties should contact Mr. Alfred M. Suarez, National Park Service, Concession Program Management, 1709 Jackson Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68102, (phone: 402-221-3612) to obtain a copy of the prospectus describing the requirements of the proposed permit. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This permit has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. Any proposal must be received by Mr. Alfred M.
