Tilden (504)862-2865 The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement for the casting and stockpiling of approximately 200,000 squares of articulated concrete mattress at the Government's St. Francisville Casting Yard in St. Francisville, LA. One ''square'' of articulated mattress is defined as one section approximately 25' x 4' x 3'' containing 16 blocks of concrete cast on a single unit of fabric. The successful contractor will provide all plant, equipment, labor and materials (including fuel, power, and water) necessary to fabricate and stockpile mattress on site. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable small business size standard is 500 employees.
