The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors for a firm fixed-price contract for replacing existing 50,000 and 75,000 gallon fuel oil tanks with steel tanks of similar capacity, replacing existing piping, providing cathodic protection system, reconstructing the existing berm, and incidental related work. The solicitation is a performance specification that represents the Government's minimum requirements. The contractor is responsible for and shall provide overall coordination and design of construction details (100% design drawings, shop drawings, etc.) and ensure satisfactory completion of all work covered under this contract.
