This solicitation is for provision of residential appraisals for HUD-owned single family properties for one area in South Carolina. Area 2 includes Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties. The basic contract period will run one year from award date. There are two one-year options. Appraisers must be state licensed or certified residential.
