J -- MAINTENANCE PICKER URO ELITE RADIOGRAPHIC TABLES DUE 101695 POC Contact Point, NANCY HOLDAWAY, (716)862-3444 The VA intends to negotiate with Picker International on a sole source basis for full maintenance including x-ray tubes and image amplifierss, on two Government owned Uro Elite Radiographic Tables and associated equipment as follows: URO-ELITE LEFT HAND UROLOGY TABLE with 90/15 degree anulations, 8-way power top, integrated moveable imaging on patient's left 10:1, 152 line AL. grid, top extension, flexible plastic drain pan with cut out for disposable bags, footswitch, footrest, legholders(pair), elbow rests, table pad, shoulder supports, sterile disposable dran bags, 20 bags H.T. cables (pair) interconnecting cables, integrated monitor/electrosurgical knife support, compression device, arm board, I.V. pole-direct table mount, including MTXX 360 nererator with - anatomical programming, high frequency 60 kW output, high speed rotor drive, automatic exposure control, forced extinction, fluoro brightness stabilizer, exposure counter, Tomo/mAs control, anode heat calculator, interconnecting cables, x-ray tube with -- 0.6-1.2 mm focal spots, 400,000 heat units, 13,5 degree target angle, rapid acceleration stator, and load center - remote on-off switch-surface mount.
