Solicitation - Base Supply Complex, at South Dakota Air National Guard, Joe Foss Field, Sioux Falls, SD. Provide all labor, equipment and material for construction of a new 29,500 SF Supply and Administration Warehouse, construction of a new 4000 SF non-heated Supply and Equipment Storage Facility. Alteration of an existing 2400 SF equipment storage facility for Flammable Storage, demolition of existing Base Supply and Flammable Storage facilities; and the construction of a new 2165' x 24' asphalt access road. Site work to include: Earthwork, concrete, asphalt, utilities and landscaping. General construction work to include: Demolition, footings slab-on-grade, CMU, brick veneer, steel bar joists w/decking, EPDM Class A roofing w/insulation, exterior metals and interior finishes. Mechanical work to include: Demolition, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC with DDC temperature control. Electrical work to include: Exterior medium and low voltage distribution, interior power, lighting, communications, grounding and fire alarm. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
