The Oglala Sioux Rural Water Office is soliciting construction contractors for the construction of the following three buildings: (1) a 12,000 square foot Operations & Maintenance building 0.5 mile west of Kyle, (2) a 6,000 square foot Office building 0.5 mile west of Kyle, and (3) a 9,500 square foot Operation & Maintenance Building 1.5 miles east of Pine Ridge, South Dakota. There will be a pre-bid conference at the Oglala Sioux Rural Water Office, located on the Pine Ridge High School Campus, Pine Ridge, South Dakota at 10:00 A.M. local time (Mountain Time Zone) October 25, 1995. A trip to the site will be conducted following a review of the contract documents and a question and answer period. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is required. An authorized representative for each bidder must be present at the pre-bid conference and sign in on the sign-in sheet that will be provided. Bids from bidders that did not have an authorized representative at the pre-bid conference or that did not sign the attendance sheet will be rejected. The bids will be opened on November 8, 1995.
