The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision and management necessary for removing and disposing of existing wallbase, padding, carpet, tackstrip and underlayment, cleaning/preparation of floor surfaces, providing and/or installing new wallbase, padding, carpet, carpet tile and incidental related work. This is an Indefinite Quantity type contract with a guaranteed minimum of $26,000. The term of the contract will be for 12 months from the date of award. Tentative issue date is 23 Oct 1995. Potential bidders should request IFB N62474-95-B-3619 writing. Two site visits will be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday. One visit will be approximately 3 weeks and one approximately 1 week prior to the bid opening. These will be the only site visits and accordingly please schedule early.
