Description of proposed construction: Remove two (2) each boilers and related condensate return unit, feed pump, recover and hot water generator located in Bldg 112. Provide two (2) new gas fired hot water boilers (approximately 2500 MBH each) to serve both Bldg 110 and 112. Provide a low pressure steam boiler (approximately 250 MBH) to serve the existing kitchen equipment. Provide a new gas water heater in each building to provide hot water for restrooms.(0272)
