AMENDED PSN This CBD synopsis is modified to read as follows: The work consists of the design, fabrication, integration, testing, delivery, installation and demonstration of satisfactory operation of a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/Automatic Generation Control (SCADA/AGC) system for Dardanelle and Ozark Powerplants. Included are equipment such as central processing units, peripherals, remote terminal units, transducers, modems, spare parts, interconnecting cables and interfaces to Government furnished devices and services such as factory testing, installation, field testing, training and documentation. Removal of the existing equipment at Dardanelle (for control of Ozark) and retrofit of the remote terminal unit at Ozark are included in the work. Item No. 9 Solicitation No. DACW03-95-R-0024 is replaced with DACW03-96-R-0004. Issue date for solicitation is changed from on or about 25 September 1995 to on or about 27 October 1995 at a cost of $5.00 (Charges are non-refundable). Solicitation documents will be made available upon written request, to include check or money order payable to FAO, U.S. Army, LRD, Corps of Engineers, mailed to Contracting Division at the above address.
