Little, Inc. on 1/19 /95, Delivery Order #4 for a full size composite radiator based on materi als and fabrication methods developed in Delivery Order #2. The contract or will first make a small radiator section using various fabrication tec hniques, which are expected to improve the overall design and quality of the radiator. In addition the small radiator section will be used to char acterize the impact resistance of the composite radiator configuration. The second objective is to fabricate a full size radiator assembly that will include tubular manifolds and a matching vapor plate fabricated out of the selected composite material. The radiator will be designed t o include a silicone rubber gasket, and non-conductive bolts and gas/ vacuum line tubing. Once assembled, leak tests will be performed on the radiator before delivery to NASA. (0275)
