This is a proposed sole source requirement with Peterson's/COG Publishing Group for placement of ads in the following publications: Three (3) issues in Graduating Engineer and two (2) issues in Engineering Horizons. These periodicals are required since they directly target graduating engineers for ABET accredited universities nationwide. They are also directly distributed to college engineering services and placement offices. A request for quotation (written) will be issued. It is anticipated that award will be made by 22 NOV 95.
