Dormitory building is a three story structure without an elevator. Vendor must furnish a means of lifting items to the second and third floors and/or the man power to do so. Assembly of bed frames is required. This is to be a firm fixed price contract. Start date of work is approximately 20 Feb, 96 and completion date is 12 Mar. 95. (275)
