The following information remains unchanged: (i) the magnitude of construction is between $2.0 and $5.0 Million; (ii) a daily liquidated damages rate of $1,500 applies; (iii) planholders list will be provided free of charge in response to written requests; (iv) all responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered; (v) award of contract is subject to the availability of funds; and, (vi) all requests for bid packages must be in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable payment of $90.00 in the form of a company check, certified bank check, or U.S. Postal money order made payment to the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.
