Uniforms will be produced in accordance with specifications, patterns and MIL-T-44047E (with the exception of color, which will be olive green (OG)). A requirements type contract beginning 1 Dec 95 for a 12- month period will be awarded for the following estimated quantities to include sizing from small to extra large: 3000 coats/shirts (ripstop poplin); 3000 trousers (ripstop poplin); 75 parkas Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS), (laminated, waterproof, moisture and moisture vapor permeable, (Gortex)); 75 trousers, ECWCS, (Gortex); 3700 sun hats (ripstop poplin). Delivery orders will be placed 4 - 6 times per year with a required delivery time of 90 days for each order from the date of the order.
