A -- SUPPORT SERVICES FOR STUDIES OF EMERGENT CANCER ISSUES SOL N01-CP-61006-02 DUE 112295 POC Michael J. Loewe Contract Specialist (301) 496-8611. The National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health intends to recompete its Master Agreements (MAs) in search of qualified offerors able to provide ''Support Services for Emergent Cancer Issues''. THIS REPRESENTS THE FOUR YEAR RECOMPETITION OF THE MA POOL. MA HOLDERS ALREADY IN THE EMERGENT CANCER ISSUES POOL NEED TO RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE NEW MA POOL. Contractors selected for award of a Master Agreement (MA) may be solicited to provide managerial, data collection, and data processing support for epidemiologic studies to be designed and exectuted alone or in collaboration with other research organizations. Specific tasks may include: study planning and liason activities, data collection forms design: development of data collection manuals: data abstracting and coding, identification, location, and interviewing of study subjects, exposure assessment, quality control activities, and the submission of computerized data and associated reports or deliverables. Multiple Master Agreement Orders/Request for Proposal's (MAO/RFP's) may be issued each year. A MA holder is free to respond or not respond to any particular MAO/RFP without having any effect on its MA. MAs may be issued for a period not to exceed four years. Each MAO will be designed to accomplish a specific task as promptly as possible and will be awarded on a completion or term basis, as determined by the Contracting Officer. Master Agreement Announcement/Request for Proposal (MAA/RFP) No. N01-CP-61006-02 will be available on or about October 18, 1995. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days following the actual date of MAA/RFP issuance. Copies of the MAA may be obtained by sending a written request to Michael J.
