The Umatilla National Forest is soliciting bids for a road maintenance contract (including blading, smoothblading, mobilization, grader rental and equipment moving) located on roads throughout the forest in Northeastern Oregon and Southeastern Washington. This will be an option year contract. The Government may opt to renew the contract for two additional years. The anticipated start work date for the base year is 5/1/96. Bonding is required.
