As the prime contractor for the Navy FAST-Line contract, N00140-93-D-CD15, Strategic Procurement Services Inc. purchases parts and repair services for Security Assistance (SA) customer countries of the DoD. In order to pre-qualify suppliers and to expand our capabilities in the repair area, we desire to update our listing of potential sources for repairs of foreign military aircraft parts and components. Accordingly, please provide us with as much information as possible relating to your technical capability, i.e., types of components and parts generally repaired (e.g., avionics, engines, airframe, landing gear, ground support equipment, etc.), production capability, quality assurance capability including certifications by the military services and/or the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), financial capability, accounting sufficiency, Government property control, packaging, and security. Also, advise types of repair services previously provided under the Air Force Nonstandard Item Parts Acquisition and Repair System (NIPARS) contract.
