American Heavy Industries (AHI) is the only responsible source for these services as it is the company responsible for the design and fabrication of the elevators and dumbwaiters. AHI is the only entity with the necessary combination of technical skills and knowledge about these particular elevator/dumbwaiter installations to meet the Government's needs. (0276)
