The Naval Air Systems Command intends to utilize full and open competition to procure engineering and logistics support services for the organic execution of technical tasks assigned in avionics and related support systems for Naval Aviation Depots Cherry Point, NC and Jacksonville, FL. These services will primarily be in support of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and the organic development and modification of the Test Program Sets (TPSs) that provide operational verification and maintenance of fleet avionics and other support systems. This competitive procurement shall consist of two lots, Lot I - Cherry Point and Lot II - Jacksonville. Offerors have the opportunity to submit a proposal for Lot I, Lot II and/or both Lots I and II. The type of contract to be awarded is a fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, with completion and term delivery orders.
