Miller, Contracting Officer, (301) 443-2475 The Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service is seeking a qualified small business to provide mechanical maintenance service for the building located at 12200 Wilkins Avenue, Rockville, Maryland. The proposed procurement is set-aside for a small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code applicable to this requirement is SIC-1711 with a dollar threshold of $7 million, for service classified as Plumbing, Heating (Except Electric), and Air Condition. This means that the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years can not exceed $7 million. A Fixed Price contract will be awarded with a base period effective January 1, 1996, through September 30, 1996, and 4 one-year options.
