The work consists of construction of a 32,500 square foot, two story, steel frame structure with reinforced concrete foundation and slab floor, masonry wall and finish system, sloped standing seam metal roof, passenger elevator, fire sprinkler system, utilities, parking area, sidewalks, landscaping, and site drainage. Project includes demolition of two steel frame, metal siding aircraft hangars, totalling 41,000 square feet. Hangars contain asbestos and lead paint.
