The conditioning units shall control and maintain the desired chamber temperature within the range of-100 DEF. F to +200 deg. F, +/-2 deg. F tolerance in accordance with MIL STD 810E climatic test procedures. Cooling of chamber shall be accomplished by injection of liquid carbon dioxide, Co2. A three (3) year requirements contract will be awarded as a result of this Solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as a 100 % small business set-aside. However, in the event that the Government does not receive a technicallyacceptable, reasonably priced proposal from a small business, theset-aside shall be automatically dissolved and the acquisition completed on an unrestricted basis.
