The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, facilities, equipment and all materials to accomplish Rubber Curing and Burnout Heat Treating of various aircraft engine critical parts in accordance with the provisions of the solicitation and the work specification. The Contractor must have furnaces equipped with operational THERMAL INCINERATOR due to the effluents given off when performing the curing and burnout process. This will be a one year requirements type contract with two (2) one year options. The items and quantities shown for each item represent the Government's best estimates. CLIN 0001, 100 loads, (TF30/TF33 IGVs) the cycle is: BURNOUT at 600 degrees F. for 30 minutes, 800 degrees F. for 30 minutes and 1050 degrees F. for 2 hours, 3 per furnace load; CLIN 0002, 25 loads, (TF30 STATORS) the cycle is: BURNOUT at 600 degrees F. for 30 minutes, 800 degrees F. for 30 minutes and 1050 degrees F. for 2 hours, 50 per furnace load; or (F100 STATORS) the cycle is 675-725 degrees F. for 2 hours, 50 per furnace load; CLIN 0003, 100 loads, (TF30 IGV SERVICE STRUTS) INSTALLATION AND CURING OF RUBBER, installation will be accomplished IAW the instructions in Technical Order 2J-TF30-63-7 SWP 00407; 300 degrees F. for 1 hour, 400 degrees F. for 1 hour, 4 per furnace load, the curing cycle must be performed within 8 hours of rubber installation to avoid rubber rot. Furnaces must be certified in accordance with the provisions of the Statement of Work (SOW). Deliveries will be made to Tinker AFB Oklahoma. THIS IS A SOURCE SEEKING SYNOPSIS.
