Combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract to be awarded for an initial period of 12 months commencing within 15 days after award. The Government may extend the term of the contract for a term of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
