Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation including engineering calculations necessary to deliver and set up a pre-engineered 1 story Modular Office Building of approximately 10,000 square feet at U. S. Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. Work includes but is not limited to: site extension of electric, water and sewer facilities; provide foundation and tie-down system including seismic requirements; set modular building in place; construct decks, ramp and stairways; connect potable water piping, sewage piping and electrical distribution and communication systems including fire alarm system; test potable water piping, drainage, electrical systems and heating and air conditioning system. The building shall provide for handicapped requirements. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement is open to large and small business participation. The performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
