Quinn 914-938-4841 (Site Code DAAG60) This is a GENERAL outline of the work to be performed and does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required to fulfill the intent of the specifications that will be part of the solicitation. The work consists of miscellaneous kitchen renovations in family housing units at USMA and may include: replace existing kitchen cabinets and countertops; replace existing kitchen sinks and fittings; provide or replace valves in cold and hot water supply lines; install new faucet for portable type dishwashers; replace existing exhaust hood or fans; provide new or replace existing garbage disposal units; complete repainting of damaged wall surfaces to match existing; furnish and install new vinyl cove base. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is based upon a two year requirements type contract.
